Finally!

Northeast Shores is very, very excited and relieved that the ugly, monster multifamily at the corner of East 140th and Othello has been demolished.

We want to thank the City of Cleveland Building and Housing Department from removing this significant blight from the neighborhood. By every measure, this building was one of the five worst structures in the community and we are happy to see it gone.
