Mayor Jackson welds on Waterloo
City of Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson recently visited the Waterloo 7 Gallery. He participated in a one-day apprenticeship in welding. We want to thank Mayor Jackson for visiting Waterloo and participating in our arts renaissance.
The Waterloo 7 Gallery is owned and operated by second-generation metal sculptor Jerry Schmidt. The Waterloo 7 Gallery has fabulous examples of Jerry's work but also the work of over a dozen other artists. Learn about about this amazing gallery at http://www.schmidtsculpture.com/
Other elected officials that participated in this program (but not pictured) include State Representative Kenny Yuko and Cleveland Ward 11 Councilman Mike Polensek.
