The Waterloo Village Model Block contains three goals:
1) Transform residential properties into beautiful homes
2) Remove vacant properties through demolition or purchase of abandoned properties to be rehabbed.
3) Develop marketing resources for large residential and commercial projects.
The Waterloo Village Model Block incorporates the thoughts of adjacent homeowners into the revitalization of the street where these properties are located.
Prior the Northeast Shores commencing rehab, we will meet with residents to provide them with an exterior assessment of rehab needs as it relates to general maintenance. The Waterloo Village Model Block will utilize many resources to assist existing homeowners repair each home.
