Northeast Shores is currently planning the construction of two playgrounds.
One playground will be a Tot Lot to support the Little Hands daycare located at 15721 Waterloo Road. This daycare desperately needs an improved area for the children of the playground to enjoy. It is anticipated that this playground will be built primarily with volunteers in coordination with the KaBoom organization. In addition, Northeast Shores is planning a new artist-inspired playground at the eastern edge of Waterloo Road. This playground will be designed by kids in the neighborhood through an artist-led process. We are partnering with LAND Studio on this exciting project. We will have more details about this process soon but wanted to give all of our friends a "heads up"!
